About

Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard. Talented athletes are defeated by those who train with grit and passion. Working hard isn’t an option; it’s a requirement. Hi there, I’m Gregory Volitich. I attend the University of Florida studying Applied Physiology and Kinesiology.

All my efforts as a student-athlete lead to my dream of high-level training of football and basketball athletes. As sports evolve, so must the players’ exercise and techniques. Many fitness views have been debunked in the past, which goes to show that the fields of sports and science are evolving to help the human body achieve its prime performance in each game.

A player’s athleticism should be partnered with sportsmanship. Great athletes acknowledge that winning isn’t the only that’s important in their careers, rather how they act on and off the court. The matches they play are just the tip of the iceberg, and everything they have stems from their training.
